Clean rooms and helpful staff! During my New Year stay, I found the rooms at this hotel to be basic but clean which made my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and always available to offer help when needed. The hot water supply was excellent which was great for the cold nights during my stay. The hotel is also located just a 5-minute walk away from the nearest metro station which was very convenient. There was also a Domino's pizza across the road which was a nice break from the local cuisine.
Dirty place with mosquitoes and poor service. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel wasn't all positive.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating, even providing breakfast earlier than usual with early departures. the hotel's location was convenient, situated just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and a Domino's Pizza outlet right across the street. guests could enjoy excellent hot water services.
Wet comforters on the bed and a dirty wardrobe were major drawbacks.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with breakfast even though the kitchen wasn't normally open when we had to leave early each morning. The location of this hotel was ideal, just a 5-minute walk away from the metro which made getting around this city very easy. Additionally, there were some great food options nearby, like Domino's pizza across the road, which was a nice change from all the Indian food we were having. The hotel facilities themselves were basic, but everything was clean and tidy. And the hot water was excellent!
